Yes, I admit it, I LOVE the show. I know many people look down on people hooked on soap operas (I know a few) but... oh well. To me it's a wonderful way to take my mind off things, and it's only a half an hour show.

     I started watching B&B after a visit from my mom (my mom loves the show, which is a bonified hit in Italy) after my son was born in late 1996 and I've been hooked ever since.

     In case you're wondering what my favorite characters are... my favorite gal is Stephanie hands down. You go girl! I also love Taylor, and I am particularly fond of Thorne, Darla (sigh) and the Spectra gang. I am sorry to say, I am not a Brooke's fan at all! It's an intriguing character, I'll give you that, and B&B would not be the same without her, and disliking her is part of why the show is so much fun, but her character is demeaning to women, shows low moral values and is a bad influence altogether to young women. She gets WAY too much screen time!!! 

     I used to love, love, love Bridget when she was played by Jennifer Finnigan, she was so believable as a "hurt" daughter, but the new Bridget, who has 'forgiven' her mother for everything she has done and is following her in her footsteps is completely unthinkable and unrealistic. As per Nick... I vow to like him as long as he steers away from Brooke.  Same with Jackie to be honest.
